Satisfied with the service but I asked the staff to link my mobile phone to the car. They did but still no connection.
Face to face service was excellent but your online procedures not updated to reflect current situation. I followed text instructions and took time to check in online - waste of time as self service facilities not in operation.

parts not available to complete the service on time - took 3 days. I was notified of the delay and offered a courtesy car.
