The car came in for an initial hour's examination to find the fault, it was two hours and the fault was fixed. The only thing that they could have done better, was to let me know a long the way as I had to enquire as to what was happening.

5* handover service. Made to feel special which is fantastic. As I said to Lewis during our various handovers, we've bought other cars in the past that have been more expensive than the Mini and the handover was so underwhelming.
